You can book an appointment online via our Appointment page, call us directly, or send a WhatsApp message. Walk-in patients are also welcome during working hours.

Most routine blood tests and urine reports are ready within 3–6 hours. ECG reports are available immediately. X-Ray and Ultrasound reports are typically ready within 1–2 hours. Some specialized tests may take 24–48 hours.

Fasting (8–12 hours, water allowed) is required for Blood Sugar (Fasting), Lipid Profile, and some other tests. CBC, Thyroid Profile, and KFT generally do not require fasting. We'll confirm fasting requirements when you book.

We are open Monday through Sunday, 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. We are closed only on major national holidays — please call ahead to confirm on those days.

Yes, visiting specialist doctors in General Medicine, Pediatrics, Gynecology, Orthopedics, and Cardiology are available on scheduled days. Please call us to confirm the current schedule before visiting.

Yes! We can send digital copies of your reports via WhatsApp on request. Printed reports are always available at the center.

Home sample collection may be available for certain tests within Polasara. Please call us to check availability and schedule.

We accept cash, UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm), and most debit/credit cards. We do not currently support insurance direct billing.

Yes, parking space is available near our center for both two-wheelers and four-wheelers.
